Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after my listing expires?
Basic: the listing is deleted after 30 days; you can submit a fresh one anytime. Premium: prepay for up to 6 months at checkout — no re-listing needed.
What if I rent my apartment before the listing expires?
Mark it as “Rented” anytime from your management link — the listing goes off the public site. No refunds, but if the deal falls through we'll reactivate your listing free of charge.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium after I paid?
For now, the tier is set when you publish. If you want to upgrade, publish a new Premium listing — we'll archive the basic one for you. (Coming soon: in-place upgrades.)
How does the Jerusaguide member benefit work?
The list of community members is integrated in our website. When you post your listing, we check your email address — eligible members get one free monthly listing. Once your monthly listing expires you can claim another. Not a member? You can still list at the public rates.
Will my listing be in both Hebrew and English?
Yes. Every listing on the platform is bilingual — we auto-translate from whichever language you submit in, and both versions appear in their respective views of the site.
